“I came here to deposit some files. You know, boring Speedwagon stuff. If you wanna read them before I put them away, you can.”
He looked at Achtung Baby, and chuckled,
“You’ve certainly grown quite a bit as a stand user since Morioh. And you were already quite strong back then, too.”
Jowi held out the files to Shizuka, not having been faxed by her near attack.
Shizuka raised an eyebrow and shrugged, taking the files. “Maybe later. I got my own project.” She tapped the open file before her, showing a golden haired youth with hair loops in the front. “Giorno Giovanni. Him and his group across the world. Though they aren’t fully documented, some of their stands have been observed. Trying to figure more out from the clues we have.”
“They aren’t an issue. Those are my logged files. They are our allies and to be honest, even after witnessing Giorno’s stand myself, I’m not quite sure what its power is, other than that it’s an incredibly powerful ability, and I’ve never seen nor heard of Giorno losing a fight.”
He sat down, “Narancia, Bruno, and Abbacio are all dead though. Their gang, Passione, has little interests outside of protecting Italy since Giorno took over. What operatives they have outside of Italy are usually looking for criminals who fled Italy, though they do make exceptions here and there.”
She shook her head. “No… We should know more about this.” She turned the file to Diavalo. “This guy… his stand could erase time. Removing the effect of actions that would prove bad for him. Yet… Giorno beat him. With a stand that supposedly manipulates life. Diavalo was too dangerous to be caught off guard.
She sighed, calling Achtung Baby back. “It just doesn’t make sense though. There would have to be an ability to opposes or works around the ability to erase time. There is something we don’t know. It is right there, I just… It is better we know things just in case.”
Jowi shook his head, “Giorno obtained the power of Requiem. As far as he knew, he could prevent thing a from reaching reality. Diavalo’s King Crimson was caught off guard by his erases time being undone, and then Giorno killed him.”
He thought back to those long-gone days, and smiled, remembering the time he spent there,
“I know Giorno better than most people. He is not someone who needs to be watched over or taken down. Not that anyone could even do so in the first place. Just because he was Dio’s son, doesn’t make him a monster. He was a Joestar, through and through.”
