I told you I’d come back. (Closed rp)
Jowi Arrived at the cafe that Monty had told him to meet her at, and took out his cell phone, dialing her number. After two years in Italy, he had come back to fulfill his promise. He was wearing a light jacket, and a white T-shirt covered in gear designs, with his usual black jeans, and called her, “Hey, Monty. I’m at the cafe. I was just wondering if you’d wanna meet up?”
Jowi jumped in afterwards, closing the zipper, and entering the pocket dimension with Monty,
“Sticky Fingers. A stand all about zippers. Quite an interesting and useful stand. It’s a shame Bruno died… anyway, we were going to talk about stands.”
He flashed the Beetle Arrow to her, “You’ve seen a Stand Arrow before, yes? May I ask where?”
The singer flinched at the sight, recoiling slightly. “The Crue family vault; where it’s been for over a decade. I never thought I’d see another one, at least in this life.”
“I’ve seen four. To my knowledge there are less than 10. Two of them were in my hometown of Morioh, one is currently being held by the Speedwagon foundation, one is destroyed or lost, and one was destroyed in Italy, this one is the fourth.”
He spun the arrow in his hand, and looked at her, “So one day you cut yourself on it and developed a Stand? Any other Stand Users in your family?”
Monty glared at the arrow. “My father; he and I are the only ones though.” She crossed her arms and sighed. “He’s always been into the “bizarre”, picking up things at auctions when he was traveling. Most of the time, they were useless nick-nacks.” The singers’ eyes narrowed darkly at the memory, “Until that night.”
“If you don’t want to talk about it, we don’t have to. But that arrow is rather… pertinent to my job. The more of them I know the location of, the better off the world is. Is that Arrow still in your family vault?”
“To my knowledge, it is. However, there’s going to be a lot of trouble getting in.” Monty shook her head, “Especially if my mother is home.”
“Well, I can always use Red Hot Chili Peppers to blow out the security, or you could use your Dream Weaver to cast an illusion to fool the cameras… and as for opening the door, I can always put a zipper on it…
But perhaps a more subtle approach would be in order. I’ll call the Speedwagon Foundation and see what I can do about buying the arrow from your family.”
